Langhe, Alba, hamlet of Madonna di Como, Locanda del Pilone. This is the combination created by Silvano Boroli’s family: Michelin starred restaurant and Krug Embassy, “Résort de Charme”.

Nothing strange so far. The atmosphere is undoubtedly that of the noble Piedmont. The surprise comes from the kitchen, as you meet the young chef Federico Gallo. Through the typical products of the Lange, interpretated by his cuisine, the chef blends the heritage of the Piedmont with the influence of the Mediterranean tradition, its colours, aromas, and flavours.

Room service is impeccable; the wine list consists of over fourteen hundred labels.

The restaurant is open daily from Thursday to Monday.

Dress code: the required clothing is “casual / elegant”. Long trousers and closed shoes are required for men to access the dining rooms.
